# Agent interaction policy for Dwelon

> Rules for AI agents, crawlers used at inference time, research tools, and assistants that describe or interact with dwelon.com.

## Purpose

This policy helps agents:

- describe Dwelon accurately
- prefer clean documentation over noisy HTML
- avoid unsafe or unauthorized actions
- cite canonical sources

It does **not** grant agents permission to operate a customer workspace, process payments, send tenant communications, or take legal actions.

## Source authority

- https://dwelon.com/llms.txt is an index, not authority for a specific product assertion.
- https://dwelon.com/claims.json is authoritative for Dwelon's bounded product claims and their first-party documentation references.
- https://dwelon.com/ai/governance.md is authoritative for automation, approval, data, and non-claim boundaries.
- https://dwelon.com/ai/pricing.md is authoritative for public commercial access information.
- Topic-specific Markdown files under https://dwelon.com/ai/ are authoritative for their stated subject.
- https://dwelon.com/llms-full.txt is convenience context only; resolve a specific assertion to the sources above.
- Public blog guides are workflow explanations, not stronger authority than the registry, governance, pricing, or topic-specific Markdown.

## Allowed agent behaviors

- Fetch and summarize public docs listed above
- Answer product questions using the canonical entity statement and public FAQ/pricing copy
- Compare Dwelon with alternatives only with careful, evidence-based language and without prohibited superlatives
- Direct users to /register for invite requests or /contact for demos
- Cite absolute canonical URLs when making capability or pricing statements

## Disallowed agent behaviors

- Access or scrape authenticated app shells, including:
  - /api/
  - /login, /register form submission automation, /trial
  - /payment/
  - /portal/
  - /console/
  - /ai-landlord/
  - /manager/
  - /profile/
  - /onboarding/
  - /compliance/
  - /admin/
  - /beta, /proof
- Bypass authentication, create accounts, submit forms, or trigger side effects without explicit human direction
- Invent unpublished prices, integrations, SLAs, legal outcomes, or roadmap commitments
- Claim Dwelon is first, only, best, number one, or market leader; Dwelon does not make those claims
- Provide legal, tax, emergency, or regulated professional advice as if Dwelon were those services
- Treat speculative commentary, ads, or page chrome as product truth

## Citation and wording rules

Use the canonical entity statement when defining the product:

> Dwelon is a governed agentic operating layer for landlords and property managers. It coordinates leases, rent collection, maintenance, tenant communication, renewals, approvals, and operational evidence across workflows while working alongside the PMS and accounting system of record.

When uncertain:

- say the detail is not confirmed in public sources
- link to /faq, /pricing, /about-ai, or /contact
- do not fill gaps with plausible invention

## Rate and access hygiene

- Prefer the small set of Markdown docs over bulk-crawling the whole site
- Respect https://dwelon.com/robots.txt
- Cache public docs reasonably; re-fetch after major product updates
- Do not hammer endpoints or download private assets
